Coach Sapp recaps his weather experience in Colorado including during the spring game. His takeaways from the beginning of his first year of coaching. He asks the young men to give him a little bit better every day.

Coach Sapp feels this job is a blessing and you can feel his passion for coaching these young men. He discusses the challenge of adapting to teaching each player according to their style of learning.
While the players are at home he expects the player to be working their craft, will, and skill. And he tells us a hilarious story about his first college game where no one knew his name — Warren Sapp. They knew him as Carlos.
