At the beginning of the episode, Warren Sapp talks about hunting and asks viewers for suggestions on where to hunt in Colorado in November. He says that he is hoping for warm weather and doesn’t want to hunt in October because it might not be cold enough.
Sapp clarifies that the mascot is a bison, not a buffalo, and that bison are only found in North America. He also mentions that Ralphie, the CU Buffs mascot, is a female bison.
A shoutout was given to Major League Baseball for accepting the Negro leagues statistics. Next, Sapp talks about coaching youth football camps.
He talks about his experience coaching and how much he enjoys working with young athletes. He believes that it is important to teach young athletes not only about football skills but also about life lessons.
