Last week’s game against UCLA once again brought out some heavy hitters to support Deion Sanders and The Buffs. This time it was former NBA point guard Mark Jackson.
Mark expressed his excitement for Sanders and the impact he’s had on both the culture and minds of people all over the globe.
I’m Inspired Watching What Coach Prime is Doing
Jackson’s support was without question while at the game. He highlighted how pivotal Sanders’ contributions have been thus far.
“I’m proud, I’m ecstatic,” he said. “At the same time, I’m inspired watching what Coach Prime is doing. And the impact had not just in Colorado, but worldwide. It truly is inspirational.”
Surrender it All and Give it to God
Mark Jackson also took the time to talk about Sanders’ success and faith going hand in hand, and how pivotal it is to practice and prioritize one’s faith when going through life.
“I see an impact on not just young football players or 58 year old has-beens,” he said. “He’s impacting society like never before. And it just really shows you what could occur when you surrender it all, give it to God, and have one mission.”
